User Profile

You can view your profile and log out from Neptune® 360™ from the User Profile menu. You can view your name, email address, and assigned role on this page. You can also select your default site ID and the read format for consumption data displayed. Neptune 360 allows up to eight digits, one for each dial, for readings sent to the system. Readings that are transmitted and processed into Neptune 360 are raw (without decimal), so to properly calculate readings the system applies a default multiplier based on the meter size and UOMClosed Unit of Measure. for the meter.

If you are a utility administrator, you can update your profile information on the User Management window.

View Your Profile Information

  1. In the software page header, click The Profile Information button to display the menu, and then select Profile to display your profile information.

  2.  In the Default Site ID field, select the default site to associate with your profile.
  3. In the Read Format field, select the format or multiplier for how you want your Neptune 360 data to display on the Customer Inquiry page.

Log Out of the System

  1. Click The Profile Information button to display the menu, and then select Logout.

The system logs you out and displays the Login window.
